Since 2013, Bhakti Yoga South Jersey has been South Jersey’s trusted source for authentic yoga practice and Yoga Alliance–approved 200-Hour Teacher Training. Rooted in lineage and led by experienced teachers, our studio is a sanctuary for transformation, healing, and personal evolution.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a lifelong practitioner, you’ll find a supportive, non-intimidating space to begin or deepen your practice. At BYSJ, we honor the traditional roots of yoga while delivering proven results through regular hot yoga practice—reduced pain, improved energy, increased mobility, and overall well-being.

Hot yoga

26 postures from the hot yoga tradition. This sequence conditions every organ, system and cell in the body. Whether you are fit or have injuries and limitations, this class meets you where you are. With consistent practice, heals and optimizes the function of body and mind. You do not have to be physically fit to come to this class. , in a heated room.

Hot Vinyasa

The union of a flowing vinyasa class and a hatha hot class. This class offers the hot yoga poses with sun salutation and flow sequences. The floor postures vary to focus on strength and flexibility in different areas of the body. This class is appropriate for the beginner to the advanced student of yoga. 

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra relaxes, rejuvenates and renews the physical body. This 30 minute class eliminates unconscious obstructions and mental blocks that prevent you from living life to the fullest. With regular practice, Yoga Nidra lets you effortlessly realize your intentions and  move towards self-healing. Check the current schedule for class times. NO HEAT

Teacher Training

This life changing yoga immersion and training program will change your life! Whether you want to teach yoga or learn a whole new perspective on life, this program delivers. The lecture series content teaches the yogic approach to daily living that you will be able to apply from the first day of training. We are a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered school.

Bhakti Yoga South Jersey’s mission is to provide space for all individuals to experience yoga for physical, mental and spiritual health. BYSJ strives to maintain a haven where students practice in the absence of competition, comparison and self-judgment. The practice of yoga is an outstanding way to uncover and maintain good physical health. It is also the discipline upon which mental and emotional vitality is realized. There is no limitation that excludes any individual from a yoga practice at BYSJ.  Our goal is that every student finds the place of contentment, happiness and peace which always is within each one of us.

Interested to teach healing yoga or hot yoga classes in your community? Bhakti Yoga South Jersey can certainly help. We have a teacher training school in our facility where interested yoga instructors could get authentic yoga instruction.
